Neoskill’s 2021

Neoskill’s 2021 saw some great wins, and as we approach the end of the year, it is time to step back, reflect, and envisage 2022 and beyond.

Despite the setbacks that many companies faced during Covid-19, Neoskill has continued working and providing training for clients, seamlessly through a time of global upheaval. Our teams worked remotely before the pandemic and, having delivered online training for 15 years, we were able to support the learning and development of employees across organisations with ease.

Neoskill has continued to grow this year; we have welcomed new members to both our training team and our administration team and expanded our product portfolio with new, customisable soft skills courses.

Members of our team also had the fortune of visiting Expo 2020 Dubai. This event showcased technological advancements in mobility, sustainability, and opportunities for growth. From this experience, we have made new contacts and have expanded our training to the UAE markets: we have begun working on training projects for the largest POS provider in the Middle East.

Neoskill have been planning for our ambitions, while continuously preparing organisations we work with, for the years ahead. We are very much looking forward to 2022, especially as some of our goals include:

  • Growing our sales team
  • Building our leadership training portfolio
  • Further expansion into UAE and opening an office in Dubai
  • Returning to face-to-face training (fingers crossed!)
